Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 12 oz of rotini pasta
  • 10 oz grape or cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 of a red onion
  • 1/2 of a cucumber
  • 2 bell peppers
  • Kalamata Olives
  • Sliced pepporcinis or banana peppers
  • Pepperoni and or salami
  • Feta Cheese
  • Italian, lemon or balsamic vinegarette
  • Italian seasoning
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Garlic powder to taste

Steps

  1. Chop veggies while pasta water boils
  2. Boil pasta for 6 minutes
  3. Drain pasta and rinse with cold water
  4. Combine all ingredients in a bowl to desired variety and taste
